How It Started.
Many athletes lack the time or tools to build their brand. They have the talent, the drive, and the ambition, but navigating the football industry on your own is tough.
We guide them, so they can focus on what matters: chasing their dream.
Founded in 2023, MMovement was created to bridge the gap between talented footballers and the opportunities they deserve. From professional CVs to highlight reels and direct club connections, we handle the branding so athletes can focus on performing.

Renedi Mukoko Mavoka
Co-founder & Operational Director
Having a MSc in People Management and a Postgraduate in Sportmanagement, Renedi also works as a Customer Success Manager at Hudl, based in Barcelona, where he helps sports teams optimize performance through video and data. He previously worked as Team Manager at KAA Gent.
Emile Mukoko
Co-founder & Managing Director
Worked as a Scouting Coordinator at KAA Gent Academy, where Emile has been active for the past four seasons. In 2022, he was part of the social media team of the Royal Belgian Football Association.
Hakim Bardide
Business Developer
Hakim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Insurance and a Postgraduate in Asset Management. He currently works as an Insurance Advisor and worked as a Talent Scout for KAA Gent, following a previous role in scouting at RSC Anderlecht during the 2022–2023 season.
Rubin Belesi
Co-founder MM Creators & Operational Director
Rubin has played several years at Elite Youth level for Zulte-Waregem and is currently a player for KRC Gent, competing in the Belgian 4th division. Off the pitch, he holds a degree in Business Management and has an extensive knowledge in Sports & Nutrition. Rubin co-founded MM Creators (with Emile), a project aimed at pushing content creators to grow their brand.
Karl Mukoko
Operational Manager
Karl is currently studying Marketing at the Odisee University in Brussels, and actively supports the business in various areas, contributing with flexibility and a hands-on mentality. As a PC, he’s the link between creative ideas and on-time delivery, making sure every project stays sharp, focused, and stress-free.
