ReturnPolicy
This Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning products purchased through our website (mmovement.eu). By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
1. Return Period
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, no general right of withdrawal applies to digital products and services. For physical products (such as tees), a return period of 7 days from delivery applies, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Return Conditions
A return will only be approved if all of the following criteria are met. Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer. Digital products, consultancy services, MM Performance Days and personalized services are excluded from return eligibility.
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags, labels, seals, and packaging remain intact.
- The item shows no signs of wear, odors, or stains.
- The purchase was made directly through the official MM webshop.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products (including CVs, highlight videos, courses, downloads)
- Personalized or custom-made services
- Consultancy and advisory services
- Event registrations (both online and physical)
- Any product that has been used or opened
4. Return Procedure
MMovement is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Customers are strongly advised to use tracked shipping.
- The customer must first submit a return request via contact@mmovement.eu.
- Upon approval, the customer will receive confirmation and return instructions.
- The item must be shipped back within 7 days after approval.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless stated otherwise.
5. Inspection & Refunds
Once the returned item is received, MMovement conducts a quality inspection. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- If the item does not meet the return conditions, the return will be refused and may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
- For digital products and services: no refunds will be issued under any circumstances
6. Exchange
Exchanges are possible only if the requested replacement item is in stock. If not available, a refund will be issued following the process above.
- Exchanges do not apply to services or digital products.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must report this within 48 hours of delivery via contact@mmovement.eu, including photos of the issue. MMovement will prioritize resolving the case.
8. Liability Waiver
By participating in any event, program, or service, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Participation is entirely at their own risk
- The company shall not be held liable for:
- Any physical injury or personal harm
- Material damage or loss
- Indirect or consequential damages
- The company is not responsible for:
- Individual performance or results
- Decisions made by third parties (e.g., clubs, scouts, organizations)
- Circumstances beyond its reasonable control
